These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rewarded mobile application, Rewarded.com, and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Glow Up LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Rewarded,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. Description of the Services

Rewarded provides tools and information intended to help users discover, review, and track potential claim and settlement opportunities.

The Services may include:

  • claim listings and claim details,

  • payout ranges or “up to” values,

  • claim deadlines and status indicators,

  • reminders and notifications,

  • links to third-party claim websites,

  • subscription and purchase features.

Rewarded may change, add, or remove features at any time.

3. No Legal Advice; No Law Firm Relationship

Rewarded is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Rewarded or between you and any third party.

Information provided in the Services is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied on as legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

4. No Guarantee of Eligibility, Approval, or Payment

Claim listings, “potential eligibility” indicators, payout estimates, “up to” amounts, deadlines, and other claim-related information shown in the Services are informational only.

Rewarded does not guarantee:

  • that you are eligible for any claim,

  • that any claim will be approved,

  • that any payout will be made,

  • the amount of any payout,

  • the timing of any payout.

Final determinations are made by third-party settlement administrators, claims administrators, courts, and other responsible entities.

5. Third-Party Claim Websites

Rewarded may open third-party claim websites in an in-app webview or allow you to open them in your external browser.

Rewarded does not control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, forms, decisions, or outcomes. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

6. User Tracking Data and Preferences

Rewarded may allow you to track claims and preferences (for example, marking claims as filled/claimed, hidden, or liked/saved). You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying claim requirements and deadlines directly with the relevant third-party claim website or administrator.

7. Subscriptions, Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

Rewarded may offer subscriptions and/or one-time purchases.

A. App Store / Google Play Purchases

If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable platform and governed by that platform’s terms and policies.

B. Web Purchases

If you purchase a subscription through claim.rewarded.com, billing is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by contacting support@rewarded.com. Refunds for web purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, available at claim.rewarded.com/refund-policy.

C. Pricing and Product Changes

Rewarded may change pricing, products, and plans at any time. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes,

  • interfere with or disrupt the Services,

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,

  • scrape, copy, or reproduce the Services except as permitted by law,

  • submit false or misleading information through the Services,

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity,

  • use the Services in a way that violates third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding third-party content), are owned by Rewarded or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Rewarded grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Rewarded does not warrant that:

  • the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free,

  • claim information is complete, accurate, or current at all times,

  • any claim opportunity will remain available,

  • any displayed deadline or payout amount is final.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWARDED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWARDED’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REWARDED IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR

  • USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewarded and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Services,

  • your violation of these Terms,

  • your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

Rewarded may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if:

  • you violate these Terms,

  • Rewarded suspects fraud or abuse,

  • required by law,

  • Rewarded discontinues the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

Rewarded may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, Rewarded will update the “Last Updated” date and provide notice as required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Rewarded electronically, including notices, disclosures, and updates (for example, by email, in-app message, or push notification, where applicable).
